Terms of Use

These terms are between Rayfora, India ("Rayfora", "we") and the company that uses Rayfora, and everyone who signs in for it ("you"). Using Rayfora means agreeing to them and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

Rayfora keeps your products and makes them into your buyers' own decks and sheets; ShipmentX, where your company has it, follows orders through production. Which apps your company has, and any limit on people, are set by Rayfora for your company.

Accounts

• Every workspace is approved by Rayfora. We may decline a request.
• Logins are given by Rayfora. Each person chooses their own password and keeps it to themselves; nobody at Rayfora knows it.
• Your company's administrators decide who is invited and who is switched off.

Your work is yours

Everything your company puts into Rayfora stays your company's. You allow Rayfora to store it and work with it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload — your photographs, and the templates your buyers send you.

Using Rayfora properly

Do not try to reach another company's data, get around a limit or a sign-in, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may switch off access that does.

Usage recordings and contact

Rayfora records how it is used, with your typing and your company's content hidden, and may contact the people in your company, including about its own products — both as the Privacy Policy describes.

Fees

Fees, if any, are as agreed between Rayfora and your company.

Availability

We work to keep Rayfora running and your work safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will never be interrupted. Check every deck before you send it — what a buyer receives is your company's decision.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Rayfora is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost orders or profit, and its total liability is limited to the fees your company paid Rayfora in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

Your company may stop using Rayfora at any time and ask for its data to be deleted. Rayfora may end or suspend access for a breach of these terms, telling you why.

Law

These terms are under the laws of India, and the courts of Patna City decide any dispute.
